For 2 years my sister didn't get flowers on her birthday because online florist claim they are either in or located near Hampstead, NC. They didn't even call me to tell me they couldn't find a florist so that I would have time to find someone else. I only found out because I had to call them to ask why I hadn't got confirmations. What ? It was 5 stars when I started and I left it there....I constantly had to keep hitting that robot button AND also doing boat and bicycle picture thing the whole time to prove I was not a robot like every 10 seconds while doing writing it. Hummm .... I expected it to be a 5, and I'd be happy to do it again. I'm sorry, I didn't look again before I sent it, I was rushing so it didn't kick me off.

This florist is great! Many online claim to be local or able to deliver when/what you order-WRONG. I needed flowers for my sisters birthday and that "From You Flowers" never told me they couldn't find a florist until I called to find out why I hadn't received delivery confirmation. Then it was too late to find another florist. Another online florist did this last year. I demanded my money back again and searched the florist addresses. I'm so glad I found Surf City, located in Hampstead ! I called them yesterday morning and w/in a few hours, flowers delivered. Great people and good work !!!

I ordered flowers for an early Mother's Day for my 90 year old mother in law during the family vacation. I was unable to join the family. It was my first time using this florist. I can't say enough nice things about this florist! The arrangement was by far the most beautiful I have ever seen and I've ordered and received many in my 64 years. I'm a huge flower lover. My sister in law thought they were the most beautiful she's ever seen too. And they delivered on time and in a gorgeous vase. I wish this florist was local to me because I would definitely use them exclusively. Best florist EVER!

A friend sent flowers (hand delivered by the florist) for my retirement. They were absolutely gorgeous!
